The Job

We are looking for a Sales/Customer Service Professional to join our team.

Ideally we are looking for someone with a consultant/call/admin background for a manufacturing facility who can reach out to internal and external customers.

What we're looking for;

Strong communication skills
Sales exp (preferably manufacturing background)
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Strong attention to detail

Duties;

Processing general phone/fax/email sales inquiries
Provide technical info and solutions to customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Follow up quotes on customers
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Cold calling
