Are you an energetic, fast paced Sales Professional looking for a unique opportunity to join Blueprint Homes?

Blueprint Homes is a highly regarded project home builder who is committed to recruiting outstanding sales professionals.

Along with a culture that values delivering quality service and a work/life balance, we offer an opportunity to have your own display home with new display homes currently under construction in the Northern, Southern and Eastern corridors, along with 18 already established homes.

You will be inducted into a high performing business that utilizes best practice systems.

Package consists of:

• Additional uncapped bonuses
• Additional quarterly overseas bonus holidays
• Additional quarterly cash bonuses
• Typical annual income for sales professionals $150k - $250k
• Established and proven sales process to follow
• Support staff along with training and mentoring provided
• Majority of your business overheads covered
• Quality leads supplied
• Free car parking 
• You will be required to work some evening appointments and weekends

This position will suit someone who has a genuine passion for selling and is highly skilled when it comes to selling and negotiating. You must be highly motivated and continually wanting to lift the benchmark for yourself and in turn inspiring our entire team.
