Our Brisbane office needs to grow!
With the support of a national business we're looking to find a person who can assist our Brisbane Manager in achieving the challenge. You will work closely with Daniel in managing the existing blue chip customer base as well as developing opportunities!
The Role
Learn to operate our "bespoke" management system which includes entering job specifications, sourcing suppliers, estimating work, managing production and achieving profitability targets
Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships with our existing customers.
Learn to take a brief and "add value" to the customer's requirement
Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers
Commercial experience with social media to help us market our business
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints (thankfully a very rare occurrence at Rothfield)
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
3 - 5 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales position ideally in the printing industry. However if you are an exceptional candidate without print industry experience we will train.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and experienced in data entry in management software / database
Detail oriented to ensure that information is entered into our systems accurately and intelligently
A fast learner who is mature and can work independently
Formal training or a higher education qualification would be looked upon favourably
Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
Experience in preparing and researching new client presentations
