Auslec L&H is a leading distributor of electrical, industrial and safety products with significant operations nationally that distributes recognised brands to the residential, industrial, commercial and utilities markets. 

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, sales focused Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our Auslec L&H Geebung branch. 

Working closely with the Branch Manager, this diverse role will see you assist and supervise branch operations. Your responsibilities will include, yet not be limited to:

• Maximising branch sales and profitability 
• Increasing sales activities across multiple product ranges
• Developing relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Supervising day to day branch operations, including all aspects of team management 
• Monitoring product pricing and trading margins
• Maintaining stock control and merchandising
• Ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will be results-driven and commercially focused, and demonstrate the natural ability to create new business opportunities and manage key accounts. Your resume will outline a strong, stable work history in staff supervision within wholesale, franchise or retail trade sales operations. In order to excel in the role, you will draw on superior communication skills and a high level of drive and enthusiasm. Product and industry knowledge in the Electrical, Industrial or Safety markets is desirable.
