The Role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Management, the ideal candidate for this role is a highly passionate, collaborative, outgoing, creative oriented leader. The team and work environment is highly positive with a great family feel to it. Hard work will be acknowledged and management is very supportive, allowing you to develop and progress in your career. A seasoned candidate will demonstrate the following responsibilities: 

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide Strategic and Marketing Leadership
  • Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifies/implements products to help achieve client goals.
  • Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations.
  • Develop broad industry expertise.
  • Build and Grow Client Relationships
  • Understand clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance.
  • Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.
  • Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment.
  • Provide team leadership that rewards creativity.
  • Achieve client targets within the context of the underlying opportunity.
  • Maintain or improve account profitability.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role within a digital or traditional agency. Shopping Centre marketing experience is a plus.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in traditional, digital and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to plan and multi-task across projects.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Solid project and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Self motivated.
