The Role
In this crucial role you will lead the growth of a new Healthcare portfolio. Your focus will be on identifying and securing new business in the Healthcare industry, with a particular focus on Public and Private Hospitals and Aged Care, offering a range of hardware, document management and workflow solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and develop new customers to maintain sales growth
- Build trusted and long-lasting relationships
- Implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Engage and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Creating strategic sales plans and building a strong pipeline
- Prepare quality proposal and tender responses
- Understand the client business, their challenges and offer tailored solutions
The Person
We are looking for someone with high energy, an engaging communication style and a positive attitude with a proven history of success selling solutions. Ideally you will have:
- Demonstrated sales experience in the Healthcare sector, with hardware, IT, document or workflow management products.
- Ability to develop new business and manage business relationships at functional and executive level
- A strong track record of excelling in a target driven environment
- Exceptional communication skills; be organised, resilient and results driven
