James Bennett, Australia's leading, local library supplier known for advanced print and digital acquisitions and collection development services is looking for an innovative Account Manager to join the collectionHQ team.
For years collectionHQ has been transforming how public libraries work, providing the tools required to improve collections efficiently and effectively. Due to recent growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motived individual to champion the product in the ANZ region.
Position duties and responsibilities:
- Drive sales of collectionHQ in the ANZ region
- Annual renewal of customer subscriptions
- Work closely with public libraries as the local Product champion to help them derive maximum benefit from the product
- Provide account management via a mixture of regular face-to-face and phone meetings
- Provide on-site and webinar-based product training to customers
The person we are looking for will have:
- Three-five years related experience within an organisation in the library industry
- Experience in key account management and/or supporting software solution
- Experience building in-depth product knowledge
- Strong Sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable but not essential:
- Previous training experience
- Experience using and reporting from Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
Salary and benefits commensurate with level of experience will be offered to the successful applicant.
Location: Brookvale Sydney, the role will also incorporate 50% travel.
