Business Development Manager - Sydney

We are looking for a motivated and driven new business hunter that is looking to join a business that offers uncapped commission and career progression.  The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies in order to develop new business for Inselec. You will establish senior level relationships within the client base and be involved in high level negotiations. 
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure a new client base
• Procure and win new business from existing market channels
• Ensure a disciplined approach to pipeline management
• Identifying potential market growth areas
• Account management to ensure repeat business  
• Monitor, track and review sales revenue budget and progress to target
• Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations
• Attend industry functions, such as events, trade shows, conventions and training
• Expanding the INSELEC brand throughout new and existing geographical areas and sectors by clearly articulating INSELEC’s point of difference and benefits to our potential client.
