Quantum Homes, an established and successful residential construction company require highly motivated Sales Professionals to manage our highly active and stunning new display centers.

We are a medium sized 'custom' builder with an emphasis on quality that specifically designs and builds homes to meet our client's needs. Our service area spans from the Bellarine Peninsula all the way through to the bustling Northern suburbs of Melbourne, as well as some regional hotspots within Victoria. Our in house drafting team, flexible approach, and excellent office support will aid you to make sales.

Quantum Homes is seeking applications from Sales Consultants who possess excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, along with an exceptional ability to build relationships with customers as well as being able to establish and maintain relationships with external organizations and people to gain access to property investors or new leads. Above all, we seek candidates with unwavering professionalism, self-motivation and someone who has a true passion for sales.

Experience in new home sales is beneficial but not essential, if you lack experience this should be compensated by strong dedication and an unwavering willingness to learn.

As a new home Sales Consultant you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients at one of our busy display centers, as the main market activity is on weekends, you will be required to work Saturday to Wednesday inclusive.
