The Capital Transport Group is a National Transport business offering logistic and transport solutions to the B2B & B2C market.

Specialising in same day delivery, we provide express services from anything as small as an envelope up to semi trailer loads, and everything and anything in between!

We are currently under rapid growth within our sales department and are looking for someone that stands out from the crowd, someone that has that 'something special' and is looking for an opportunity to take the next step in their sales career into management

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible to manage your own sales pipeline as well as grow and develop two staff of your own into superstars like yourself.

Fully supported by on- training and support, you will need to identify businesses that have a requirement for a same day transport service , use your sales skills to close the deal and teach your team to do the same!

Skills and experience

• An experienced sales professional who is looking to take the next step in their career with a minimum of 1 year sales experience
• Must be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the sales process from start to finish
• Australian permanent residents with a license and access to their own vehicle is necessary.
