This newly created role reports to the General Manager and forms an integral part of the Senior Leadership team. With a number of direct reports in both of these functions you will be able to inspire, collaborate with and motivate others to drive and achieve outstanding financial performance.

What you will be doing

As the National Sales and Marketing Manager for this business you will drive the strategy of both areas to engage key stakeholders to ensure maximum value for customers. You will be responsible for both sales performance across all of the states and be responsible for analysing pricing and customer profitability to optimise margin management and market share.

The focus of this business is on delivering maximum value to customers through sales and marketing excellence and this role must ensure that these objectives are met.

What you can offer

  • Relevant tertiary and post graduate qualifications in Business or a related discipline
  • Proven experience and success in leading a best practice Sales and Marketing function with national focus in a B2B environment
