The Manager, Collaboration and Partnerships (C&P) is an ambassador for the University, managing and implementing strategic relationships that deliver outcomes aligned with Swinburne’s 2025 Strategy.

In consultation with the Director and Senior Manager, the incumbent works closely with professional and academic colleagues across the university to communicate and scope opportunities, with the goal of building, developing, maintaining and growing relationships to deliver multiple outcomes.

The Manager contributes to the development of multifaceted relationships and shares intelligence on opportunities within existing partnerships so that projects and activities are coordinated in a seamless fashion.

The incumbent is an outstanding networker who profiles the capabilities of C&P, and fosters a collaboration culture at Swinburne.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in external relationship activities, preferably in a tertiary education environment
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in external engagement including sound knowledge of appropriate relationship management concepts, methods and practices
  • Ability to professionally represent the University and match its needs and partner interests
