With your experience selling into schools, you will bring with you an existing relationship with Principals, Assistance Principals and Business Managers allowing you to hit the ground running.
What you will be doing:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for setting of KPIs for the sales team and then mentoring, leading and collaborating with them to help reach those targets.
You will also be working closely with the CEO to devise market strategy and reporting back on the progress of the sales team.
You will be starting with a team of four which will grow as you continue to succeed in the securing and retention of new clients.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Experience selling into educational organisations
- Experience in managing, developing and mentoring a team
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Experience selling to Principals, Assistant Principals and Business Managers
- Experience selling into Primary or Secondary schools
