What is the role?

An exciting opportunity is now available at NuMedical for an Account Manager.

NuMedical is seeking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time position will see you in a mix of telephone and customer-facing sales environment, growing your existing customer base through face-to-face appointments, sales calls, lead conversion and new business development.

 

Who are we?

NuMedical belong to a larger corporation that has been manufacturing and supplying dental products since 1999. We have sister companies in USA, Japan, China and Hong Kong. NuMedical operate out of Magill, SA with our own warehouse facility. NuMedical are gaining traction in the Australian dental market for being fresh, vibrant and colourful as we love thinking out of the box!

What will you be doing?

Ideally, successful applicants will have a sound mix of the following skills and experience:

  • Actively seek new customers through making appointments, targeted marketing campaigns and various other business initiatives
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Actively follow up on leads acquired from various sources such as phone, email, tradeshows, etc
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Work closely with the marketing department to identify new business opportunities, cross sell and upsell products to existing customers
  • Meet sales targets
  • Demonstrate and educate customers on how to use our dental equipment such as ultrasonic scaler, curing light, etc where needed
  • Attend tradeshow exhibitions where relevant

  • Must have a current driver’s licence and competent in the use of standard computer software packages (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Ability to use a CRM/ERP software (training will be provided)
  • Ability to travel interstate and overseas (occasional overseas travel may be required)
