The role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

You will be managing and coordinating projects from start to completion, supporting the Internal and External Stakeholders in delivering our commercial projects in a professional manner.

This is a demanding role and you must be dynamic and have an intelligent attention to detail, great organisational skills and a high level of people and communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Identify the necessary products by their technical specifications with aid from our technical team to put together project proposals
  • Leading and understanding our customers’ needs through the technical and visual aspects of the products and their value
  • Accurately prepare quotes for project opportunities
  • Monitor and delegate tasks throughout project progress
  • Maintain records of samples inventory as well as project records
  • Process quality control documentation before project delivery
  • Assist sales department with project documentation and technical assistance
  • Prioritise projects and tasks according to deadlines

 

What you need

  • Experience in Lighting / Commercial Construction Industry / Interior Design / Engineering or equivalent Trade or experienced in using CAD / Bluebeam / Dialux is highly desirable
  • Ability to interact across teams and gain knowledge of our products and better serve your customers
  • Highly organised, with a strong attention for details
  • Effective communication skills
  • High degree of energy, self-motivation and desire to be rewarded for your hard efforts 
  • Desire to be part of long-term employment and grow within your career
