About the Role
An exciting and challenging opportunity has become available for a Parts Interpreter to join our busy Port Hedland branch. Working as part of a high performing team in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Mack, UD, Volvo and Hyundai Truck parts. You will be required to support our customers with over the phone and counter sales, in addition to being available to work offsite when required. You must be willing to support the team by getting involved in service administration, assisting in stores, as well as supporting the workshop team during periods of peak demands.
To be successful in this position, you will have to be a motivated and hard working individual, who strives to meet the needs of our customers' expectations on all occasions.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position, you will have previous demonstrated experience in a customer facing role and possess the following:
- Knowledge and interest in the Heavy Automotive industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Sound computer literacy
- Excellent business acumen and professionalism
- Be able to commit to full time hours and support the team over the weekend as required.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve a desirable outcome.
- A results driven attitude
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Valid drivers licence
- High Risk Forklift licence (highly desirable although not essential)
You will be rewarded with an attractive hourly rate, plus generous shift loadings on all hours worked after 6pm and on weekends. In-house training on our product and TCWA computer systems will also be provided.
