Integrate AV is a company growing fast and has an exciting opportunity for an Education Technology Consultant to join our NSW Education team. Integrate AV provides a variety of technology solutions and services to schools, corporate clients and government.

The role

The position requires an enthusiastic and creative professional to work within our Education Team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with clients including teachers, executive staff and IT support to understand their needs and work with our clients to provide them with the correct technologies which enable them to focus on their core business. The successful candidate will also need to prepare and deliver training supporting teachers in how they can use technology effectively in their classrooms. You will be trained on our technologies and how they support future focused learning.

Key Responsibilities  

Managing Relationships:

• Understanding customers’ diverse education needs and provide an appropriate solution based on sound knowledge and understanding of product to meet those needs
• Consult with schools about their Education Technology Roadmap and offer solutions that are uniquely tailored to each school's needs
• Develop professional working relationships with schools, networks and professional staff in your region to ensure the right product support and training is provided and client satisfaction is achieved and maintained
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity
• Identifying and developing new business through networking, and courtesy and follow-up calls.
• Establish excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders to further the success of key projects

Product Knowledge

• Maintaining awareness as changes occur in product development and applying product knowledge to meet the customers' diverse, specific business/education needs
• Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals
• Evaluate and understand competitors' products.

Training

• Confidently assess the training needs of individuals to ensure successful training outcomes
• Designing and delivering customer training/ presentations articulately and confidently tailoring to their needs and requirements

Personal Organisation and administration

• Autonomously manage schedules and administrative demands while working within or outside the office environment.
• Auditing and maintaining all projects to ensure all stages are kept up to date prior to handover to Project coordinator
• Effectively manage the administration, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of business projects.
• Be a confident user of ICT, with a clear understanding of how new innovative Education Technologies can be used to create, communicate and collaborate in the learning spaces 

Minimum Requirements  

• Proven teaching experience and understanding of the ICT in Education
• Knowledge and experience of using Interactive whiteboards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
• Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in an organised and structured fashion
• Highly articulate verbal and written communication skills
• Confident reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• Current Working with Children Check.
• NSW Drivers License
