The role of Partnerships Manager is to grow and nurture external partnerships working to support our programs, fashion, events, and marketing teams to achieve our growth objectives nationally and internationally to strengthen our position as a leader in support of creative enterprise. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for initiating and managing strategic partnerships—principally driving revenue and developing business impact and programs to benefit members and all stakeholders.

 

The Role  

  • Ensure that CEA’s annual partnership revenue target is met by reviewing growth opportunities and new potential national/international partners that add value and enhance the brand
  • Identify, research and initiate new strategies and relationships with prospective partners and sponsors to increase revenue, including developing proposals, ensuring that business programs deliver value to key partners
  • Act as a representative of CEA’s brand to coordinate, develop, plan, promote, and engage new and existing partnerships
  • Build industry partnerships to support our vibrant creative community

 

To be a successful Partnerships Manager, you will have

  • Proven experience in the startup sector in a community, programs, events or leadership role
  • Corporate experience as a sales/business development manager and/or significant life experience with own startup
  • Experience in business development and stakeholder relations including partnership acquisition and development of new business relationships
