Role
We're looking for someone to join our entrepreneurial, high energy team as a Sales Development Representative. If you are an aspiring salesperson and are looking to build on your skills in a team with a culture of excellence - then please read on
Accountabilities
- Make outbound calls to marketing qualified leads and book appointments for eh Account Executive or convert them to customers depending on their characteristics.
- Achieve targets as agreed with management
- Follow a methodology and rigorously record results
- Develop new approaches/campaigns to achieve desired results
- Maintain up to date CRM records on client activity including actions, sales, conversations and opportunities.
- Assist in gathering client feedback and sharing it with the Marketing and Product teams.
- Be capable and eager to understand client workflows and business practices
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Ailo’s methods and approach for Property Management and be able to communicate it effectively
- Build and maintain a detailed knowledge of the Ailo/LPMA products/services and how these are used by Property Managers
- Build and maintain strong relationship with colleagues within the sales team and adjacent departments

Remuneration: Very competitive. Commensurate with experience, base salary and commission.
