The Opportunity

Due to significant growth, and as part of a larger business transformation, they are looking for a very high performing leader to drive divisional sales performance across a number of ever-evolving suites of consumer products.
Your Role
Reporting directly to the Vice President for the division, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the sales activities of a range of product categories with a $600 million annual footprint in the Australian market;
- Building and leading a team of field sales experts, driving performance through strong retail management principles and retail mapping into shopping precincts;
- Working closely with other members of the Australian and global executive to forecast, determine, and execute the Australian retail and sales strategy;
- Developing the respective state customers and business, providing assistance to dealers through planning sales levels in line with the business’ management plan; and
- The delivery and in-store execution of local and regional merchandising strategy
Your Experience
- More than 10 years’ sales experience, leading large, high performing teams
- Impressive track record in the consumer goods space, demonstrating outstanding commercial acumen
- Very strong understanding of the retail landscape in Australia, ideally with strong existing relationships with key retail players
- Strong stakeholder management skills working with cross-functional teams
