Assistant Manager – Welshpool

Distributing market leading original equipment and aftermarket brands, they supply for the majority of vehicles in the market today. With national distribution and excess of 200 employees they offer service outcomes based on the simple principle of customer satisfaction.
Seeking an enthusiastic individual who is excited and ready for a challenge. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your initial focus will be to assist in the growth & development of the new Distribution Centre. This will include building a team to deliver strong customer relationships with exceptional selling and customer service skills. Team environment, safety and the ability to create an enjoyable work place.
About you, Skills and Experience…
To be successful in this role; you will be:
- Previous experience in automotive and or aftermarket related sales channels
- Team orientated and enthusiastic with a high respect for safety
- Demonstrated record of achievement in similar role
- Recognises value of “first point of customer contact”
- Career orientation and commitment
- Internal Sales skills, essential to the position
- Passion for being the best at what you do
- Experience with Automotive software Reynolds & Reynolds (Pentana) would be a huge benefit.
