HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Drive engagement with customers about their platform to increase value and renewals for future revenue
- Exceptional communication and problem solving skills to understand customer requirements and create win-win situations
- Be proactive and willing to educate on the industry and customer trends
- Have attention to detail to drive and track progress throughout the engagement process
- Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to maximize efforts and build value for customers
- Proven experience in a B2B sales – preferably with experience in selling SaaS platform/software to corporate and enterprise clients
- Strong ability to effectively manage the full sales cycle
- Go-getter attitude and ability to influence during product boarding and introduction calls
- Be proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Be an excellent active listener and communicator (verbally and in writing)
