The Company
Our client is an National and Globally recognised leader within the Security Industry. They provide integrated solutions with excellent products and services and have built up a reputation as THE industry leader over the last 30 years.
Due to exponential growth, a not to miss opportunity has risen for an experienced Security Service Technician to join there already well established team in Sydney. This role is for a Sales Consultant working on retention, growth and sales of Alarm, Access Control, Intercom and CCTV equipment.
Duties will include
- Inbound & outbound calls to manage NSW sales enquiries & retention of existing customers
- Identifying & recommending system upgrades
- Handling objections & converting into a sale opportunity
- Liaising with other sectors of the business to ensure total customer satisfaction
What we are looking for
- Previous sales and customer retention experience
- Experience within a sales environment - where success is celebrated
- Ideally some knowledge of security systems
- Experience within a phone based role
