Job Description
  
Reporting to the Managing Director, a BDM is required to implement sales strategies, activities and acquire new business partners in the IT leasing industry by researching, identifying new clients and building strong partnerships. The BDM is expected to meet agreed KPI's, manage the sales pipeline, identify and secure business partners in the reseller market. The BDM will be working within corporate systems, processes and procedures and be able to demonstrate excellent networking and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player. The BDM will be commercially minded and an astute sales professional with a proven track record of success. You will need to be a self-starter and highly motivated. This is an exciting opportunity with a huge potential to be part of a business that has only hit the Australian market 12 months ago.

The Successful Candidate
  
The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, passionate, ambitious, high integrity with an excellent work ethic. 
 

To be considered for this position, you will have:
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experienced negotiator and strong closer
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets
  • Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • University degree
  • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
  • Be able to work autonomously
