About the Role

  • Manage key client accounts, relationships and brand expectations
  • Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty and ROI for the client
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own implementation from ideation to execution
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Manage client budgets and projects
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

About You

  • Five or more years experience in a similar Brand or Marketing Manager role
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Experience with loyalty & rewards business is preferred
  • Deep understanding of a broad range of marketing activities & initiatives
  • Content & copy writing experience is ideal
  • Passion, energy, flexibility and can-do attitude is a must
