What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide strong leadership to the business and branch sales team and achieve your budgeted targets, by ensuring each team member is empowered, appropriately skilled and accountable for their individual targets. A large part of the role will be to consult with your clients, identifying their needs and requirements and coming up with positive solutions to improve the efficiency of their businesses, resulting in maximising their profiles. You will also be working with a close-knit team establishing new business in the market. You will be responsible for engaging with key accounts and prospects to develop lasting relationships.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A self-starter who is very motivated and can work autonomously
  • Strong ability to drive results in a budget driven environment
  • Provide a track record of successfully managing sales teams

You will be highly regarded if you also have;

  • Any previous FMCG beverage sales experience
