Brisbane MINI Garage specialises in providing the ultimate MINI EXPERIENCE to customers through flawless customer service and aftermarket support.
In the role as a MINI Genius, you are the resident expert for the MINI product range and will utilise your engaging personality and high energy levels to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help provide the right purchase solutions for customers.
This is not a sales position. Your primary focus will be to discover our customer's needs and with the support of your intimate product knowledge, you will match those needs with the right MINI vehicle.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A genuine passion for the MINI brand.
- Strong ability to work well under pressure.
- The desire to progress into automotive car sales in 12 – 18 months.
- Experience in retail sales, strongly preferred.
- The ability to retain and communicate complex technical information.
- Multi-lingual (desirable).
