The Business
NSW is undergoing a boom in civil infrastructure…the largest and longest ever seen in Australia. Are you a great sales professional that wants to take advantage of this?
The Civil Contractors Federation NSW (CCF NSW) is the peak industry representative body in NSW for employers in the rapidly growing civil infrastructure industry.
Our Members build the roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, harbours and railway lines our State so desperately needs. They prepare housing sites, undertake land clearance and demolition, and work on water and electricity networks...just to mention a little of the scope!

Context:
After a decade of quiet times, our industry is booming in NSW and will for the next 15 years at least. After a 7% rise in 2017/18, we seek to grow our Membership numbers even further and are establishing a small Membership sales (recruitment) team that includes a regional NSW focus.
Our Sydney based NSW Sales General Manager is in place, and we are now looking for a motivated and passionate regional B2B sales professional. Is this you?
The role we have on offer:
- is very well rewarded
- will cover a large geographic area in NSW
- is for hunters only: it covers sale of NEW Memberships – there is very little account management required.
You MUST:
- be an expert sales person who can demonstrate at least three years exceeding sales B2B targets
- be very capable of finding prospects and engaging them
- be an excellent communicator and relationship developer...you will be explaining what we do and getting them excited about it
- be extremely brand aware…we are the industry's peak industry body and cherish that status
- be very willing to travel on the road...this role requires you to be out there meeting people! You will thus need to have and maintain a valid motor vehicle drivers license
- be utterly reliable, honest and trustworthy
- be either an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia or NZ
