The Role
Whilst you may not have any experience in the financial services industry, you'll enjoy using your sales experience to introduce, develop and manage a portfolio of clients to our business. To be successful in this role, it is essential that you share our passion for wanting to help clients achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.

You'll be driven by results to ensure targets are achieved and your natural ability to build rapport and present to clients will allow you to maximise your income earning opportunities. Your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn will put you on a path to success in your new career in the financial advisory industry as the successful applicant will have an opportunity to further develop their skills and their career as it is our firms policy for Client Managers to become Senior Financial Advisors, over-time.

As a Client Manager at Equiti, you will have a team of support staff that handle everything from making and qualifying your appointments right through to handling your day-to-day administrative and review tasks. This highly developed system is designed to allow you to focus on providing a value added service to clients and ensures the most efficient and productive use of your time.Successful applicants will have:

Remuneration
In return, you will be offered a base salary plus superannuation plus a very generous commission bonus structure in line with your performance and an OTE of $125,000 pa.

You will be assessed on client acquisition, retention and satisfaction and you will be a part of a dynamic team that is truly helping Australian's achieve their financial goals and dreams.
