About the role
BWG have a position for someone with a sound knowledge of the window industry willing to move into a sales role if not already in a similar role.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationship via phone, email and in person.
- preparation of quotes in v6 program.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a time frame.
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Thorough knowledge of the aluminium window and door industry
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
