Vulcan Steel, one of the largest privately owned Steel Distribution companies in Australasia has an opportunity for an Internal Sales Person to join our Vulcan Engineering Steels branch in Minto NSW.

We are looking for a professional person who has a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our customers.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Leaders, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing general phone/fax/email sales enquires, quotations, orders
• Provide technical information and solutions to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Follow up quotes to customers
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Strong communication skills
• Sales experience or steel manufacturing skills looking for a sales career
• Ability to interact at all levels
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work in a motivated team environment in a high performing business
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge in Engineering steels would be an advantage
