About the Role

As the Internal Sales, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle including developing relationships, creating and generating sales leads, following up business opportunities, liaising with the IT department, giving product presentations up until closing the deal. To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in winning new businesses and projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow up incoming inquiries by email, telephone and on-site visit
    • Contact targeted prospect clients proactively and consistently promoting our products and solutions
    • Gather prospect clients' technical and business requirement
    • Liaise with the IT department to satisfy clients' requirements
    • Create quotation & business proposal as well as handling bids for tenders
    • Respond to RFI & RFP
    • Prepare presentation materials and sales knowledge base on product offerings
    • Conduct in-depth solution presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
    • Manage relationship with existing clients and generate future sales leads
    • Work together with the Marketing Manager to improve website, marketing materials, case studies, and other sales literature

    Selection Criteria

    To be considered for this exciting role, the following skills and experience are required:

    • Outstanding presentation skills and strong experience in developing presentation materials & collaterals (preferably in IT environments)
    • Exceptional verbal and written English
    • Demonstrated ability in identifying problems and proposing solutions
    • Ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of customers in a highly professional manner
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be willing to travel interstate/ overseas for business purposes
    • Demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good team player
