REWARD:
You will be working for a growing organisation and drive the sales and direction of the business. On offer is a salary circa $100-110,000 base, $15,000 car allowance, superannuation and a lucrative bonus structure.
THE ROLE:
This role, reporting to the Managing Director, is primarily focussed on managing the strategic direction of the business through creating new and exciting opportunities through your own network, or through your ability to generate suitable opportunities for the business. My client has an extensive existing client base but they are really looking to put someone on who has the experience and know how to be successful in the medium term; they are willing to invest in the right person and give them everything at their disposal to make the offering perfect for them. My client produces a large amount of litho printed corrugated products, from brown box to folding cartons to counter displays and rigid boxes.
YOU:
You will already be in the corrugated packaging industry and will have the drive and passion to be successful. Someone who has dealt with high end retails clients would be at a distinct advantage. You will be technically minded and be able to speak intelligently to prospective clients about my client's offering to them. You will be professional in all your dealings and be able to present to board level. You will be a motivated self starter who does not require daily supervision. Most importantly, you will be a hunter who seeks out opportunity and wants to be involved in a fast growing company. You will be looking for the next step in your career and will be looking to lead a team.
THE CLIENT:
My client is a growing force in the Melbourne packaging market. A decision was reached that a dedicated senior sales manager, someone to lead the direction of the business and develop new exciting products was required. Whilst this opportunity will not suit everyone, for the one person fortunate enough to get the role, it will prove a godsend.
