We are looking for a highly driven and experienced individual, who can hit the ground running to contribute to our rapidly growing business. InSight Systems works on the cutting edge of workplace and learning technologies including AV, control, data and analytics, IOT and automation. We work to enhance our customers’ lives through technology and service, in their workplace, school or university. Reporting to the Head of Managed Services, this multi-faceted role is integral to the success of the organisation and involves being responsible for the nurturing and development of new and existing business relationships in the Managed Services division. 

Key Responsibilities:
To engage in activities supporting the Head of Managed Services including:
•    Proactively develop, nurture and sustain business relationships with new and existing clients
•    Work with existing client base establishing opportunities for Managed Services in new markets, and projects nearing end of defect liability period / expiration of SLA’s
•    Maintain regular contact with all clients, including face to face customer service, follow-up, ensure all promises & expectations are met or exceeded
•    Keep up to date with new Audio Visual technologies and products
•    Maintain accountability and cooperation to systems, processes and company values, including our ‘Sales Focus’ values.

About you:

•    Sales experience in either AV or IT, with a proven track record in developing and securing new client base along with strong relationship management and rapport building abilities
•    Knowledge of business areas such as customer service/client management, service delivery management, event management – ideally in the education sector
•    Superior stakeholder engagement skills
•    Exceptional communication and customer service skills
•    A passion for Innovation and Technology

•    Problem solving and critical thinking skills
•    Be creative, proactive and self-motivated to achieve results
•    Efficient time management and prioritisation skills
•    A technical understanding of relevant technologies and their applications
