Christadelphian Aged Care, a not-for-profit aged care organisation, is seeking a motivated Sales/Resident Services Officer to work at our facility in Padstow Heights.
The Resident Services Officer is responsible for maintaining occupancy of the Home, with the assistance of the Facility Manager, including managing enquiries, filling vacancies, resident orientation and ongoing liaison with residents and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to incoming enquiries
- Conducting facility tours
- Sales and admission administration
- Managing, coordinating and processing resident applications, admissions, transfers and discharges
- Maintaining communication and relationships with the local community and referral sources (ACAT, local hospitals, social workers etc.)
- Ongoing liaison with residents and families
Essential criteria:
- Strong sales experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Confident team player with initiative
- Ability to understand and explain financial information
Knowledge of the aged care industry is preferred, including a clear understanding of aged care financial processes.
All successful candidates must have proof of right to work in Australia, and pass a police clearance check.
