As Charity Account Manager, apply your proven expertise in solution sales to service and develop existing charity customer relationships, working strategically to retain and grow customer value through the fundraising platform. Through your natural ability to work in partnership with your customers, and combining your keen sales instincts, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping grow mutual revenue, elevating the value that Everydayhero brings to its customers, the market and the world of giving.

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction at all times through the adherence to both internal and external SLAs.
  • Adhere to contact and visitation cycles across customer base
  • Achieve donation fee growth quotas by working proactively and strategically with Everydayhero customers to help them increase their donation revenue through the platform. This growth can be achieved across growth in existing events/campaigns, new events/campaigns, multi-charity events, DIY fundraising, direct donations and all other appropriate methods of platform use.
  • Achieve sales bookings quotas by identifying opportunities for customers to invest in Everydayhero services (Digital Solutions) or third party offerings, to help grow their success. Use persuasive solution selling skills to close sales opportunities, engaging the support of other colleagues, management or other areas of the business where necessary.
  • Gain an in depth understanding of peer to peer fundraising strategy, ensuring the delivery of solid strategic advice to customers.
  • As directed, achieve new business goals by identifying and closing leads for customers within your territory to upgrade their platform membership.
  • Gain an in depth understanding of customer revenue history 
  • Retain customer activities and campaigns on the platform year on year, engaging the support of other colleagues, management or other areas of the business where necessary.
  • Monitor key customer event/campaign performance (# pages / % active / avg $ etc) on the platform and proactively look for ways to ensure growth, or stem losses.
  • Proactively pitch for delinquent existing customer events currently not on the Everydayhero platform, engaging the support of other colleagues, management or other areas of the business where necessary.
  • Engage the Marketing and Professional Services teams as necessary to ensure effective coverage of and contact with assigned customer base. 
  • Attend and present at Industry conferences and events as appropriate

 

This is a full-time role based in either Brisbane’s CBD. Some interstate travel will be required from time to time to fulfill the role (10-15% of time), with the potential for international travel.

  • You are a highly accomplished and results-oriented solution salesperson wanting to move into a role where you can make a positive difference to the success of charities and not for profits.
  • You have a demonstrated track record in retaining and growing key customer relationships
  • You have demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and quotas
  • You are commercially focused, business savvy and results oriented, with strong numerical acumen, a strong customer service ethic and strong negotiation skills
  • You are energetic and positive with a customer-centric, ‘can do’ attitude
  • You are analytical in nature with strong attention to detail and you’re comfortable presenting complex
