You will be responsible for advising and inspiring prospective students who are looking to gain new careers and qualifications. This is a role where you can put your people and sales skills to the test and start a new career with a growing company.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for office reception and phone switchboard
- Advise prospective students on career opportunities and course offerings based on their individual education and vocational objectives
- Build successful relationships with prospective students through inbound/outbound calls, emails
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high enrolment rate
- Compile registration information and accept tuition payments
- Meet or exceed monthly enrolment/sales targets
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the enrolment process
- Assist with office administrative tasks
- Assist with student support services.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have exceptional people skills and be results focused, highly motivated and have proven experience in sales and customer-services. To be considered you will need to have a minimum 2 years experience in sales role, and able to meet KPIs.
