WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
The role of Relationship & Retention Manager is all about nurturing and growing our existing relationships with schools. There’s no new business development here: purely liaising, discussing, problem solving and negotiating with key school contacts (primarily Principals) who already utilise our well known OSHC programs (before and after school care and vacation care).
This is an amazing new position available in Queensland for ASAP start, which comes at an exciting time in Camp Australia’s mission to provide the world’s best education and care to kids. You’ll enjoy nurturing relationships with schools that already see the value in what we do, whilst problem solving with the assistance of key support roles as necessary. You’ll also be a master negotiator, able to get the most mutually beneficial contract extensions when the time comes.
KEY DUTIES
As with any account management role your day can change at the drop of a hat, but the typical daily duties of a Relationship & Retention Manager can include:
- Visiting school Principals or other key school contacts to nurture our relationships.
- Problem solving: being the key Camp Australia contact when something is not quite right.
- Negotiation to retain partnerships when their contracts come up for renewal.
- Utilising support mechanisms available to improve service quality from school feedback.

WHO ARE WE SEEKING?
Most importantly, we want someone with a passion for delivering the best outcomes to our partner schools and the kids attending our services. We are looking for someone with demonstrated account management experience with a large number of stakeholders. In addition, you will need:
- Australian Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Full time availability Monday to Friday
