Backed by the resources of their successful Australian parent, this high performing division excels at providing premium products for the building and home renovation sector.  From concept and design through to customised manufacture, they continue to exceed expectations, and are well positioned to achieve their ambitious business vision. To drive this future success, they are seeking a commercially astute and sales focussed General Manger to be part of their high performing team.

Taking ownership of the performance of the entire division, your role will both be strategic and operational in focus. In particular you will:

  • Provide front line leadership and support across sales, customer service and technical teams, mentoring and coaching to ensure individual and team KPIs are achieved
  • Drive innovation  and  process improvement through championing the use of technology for business efficiency and increased responsiveness to customers
  • Develop and implement business performance objectives and operational strategies in line with corporate goals and expectations
  • Drive sales growth through creating high performing teams with the ability to actively engage with new and existing customers, exploring opportunities and maximising profitability
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the business, facilitating collaborative approach and value-added opportunities
  • Repot to corporate management on divisional performance with reference to business growth, product range integrity and profitability.
