As Australia's only manufacturer of adhesive tapes, PPC are the market leaders for the supply of adhesive tapes and accessory lines into the HVAC, Thermal Insulation, Plumbing, Roofing and Acoustic industries in Australia and New Zealand.
As the market leader, our business continues to grow consistently, especially through innovation in diversifying its product range.
Due to the increase in business activity we are seeking an energetic sales person who is looking to build a long-term career with our company.
The Role.
Based at our office in Villawood the successful candidate will be required to service a number of establish distributors as well as call on end users to develop new business.
Part of the role will involve calling on building sites to obtain sales leads for trades working on each site.
PPC is an industry innovator which may require this person to call on Engineers and Specifiers to promote new product concepts. Previous experience in this field would be an advantage.
Some periodic interstate travel will be involved to manage sales and marketing activities in another state-based territory.
We are looking for the successful candidate to progress to a management role in the longer term, so this would suit a person looking for a career path.
Your Skills and Experience
Ideally, you will have experience in developing sales opportunities within the commercial construction, HVAC, insulation or related industries
With excellent presentation and communication skills, you will have the drive and enthusiasm to develop the role to its potential and reap the rewards.
Good computer skills are also essential.
