SOULFRESH is the leading Healthy Food and Beverage company in Australia with much loved brands including Nutty Bruce, Lo Bros Kombucha and Another Bloody Water.

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and outgoing sales distributor to join our team. Working from your own van, you will be responsible for selling our amazing brands into a set Melbourne metro territory, upselling new brands & products and building relationships with our loyal and growing customer base.

The role is fun, physically demanding and very rewarding. A big part of the role is engaging new cafes, yoga studios and other likeminded establishments, so expect a lot of great coffee and conversation. Being outgoing and confident with a genuine passion for healthy living is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate sales opportunities throughout the territory
• Establish and create new business opportunities through cold-calling
• Grow sales and distribution from an already established customer base
• Adhere to individual KPI's
• Assist in the launching of new products to market

Skills & Experience

• Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Proven ability to think laterally and thrive under pressure
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Meticulous planning and time-management skills  
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience
