About the You, Us and the Role


This new and pivotal role will manage our existing clients and seek out new business. We are looking for someone who is driven but tempers that drive with a high regard for people and a focus strong on great outcomes for the customer.  We always expect you to do the right thing by them and not just think about hitting your numbers.

We have a number of service lines that are complementary: Agile transformation/business advisory; technology, product, delivery and an academy.  Dare we say it? …ok we will… we are the best in the market at helping companies adopt agility!  While the main focus will be nurturing our current client relationships, you will also need to manage all aspects of the sales process including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, close and account care.

As our sole sales person, you will be taking over from the Group Manager (GM) and senior consultants who have successfully cracked the QLD market. You are about to join a small family of highly energetic consultants in our Elabor8 office based in the Brisbane CBD.

We are after a sale professional with existing connections and relationships within Brisbane and the cheek to pick up the phone and make new friends.

  • Enthusiasm and a passion for learning is a must in this sales role, as Elabor8 is a challenger brand in the Brisbane market.  We are a tight-knit company and the sales teams in Sydney and Melbourne will only be a Slack message away
