An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and energetic individual with appropriate skills to enter as External Sales Engineer in our Malaga Office in Perth, WA.

Specific Tasks:

• Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
• Building up and maintaining strong relationships with customer, other members of the WA sales team and other departments
• Provide regular reports on customer performance and activity
• Provide technical application, pre-sale and on-site sales support to customers
• Utilising Bosch Rexroth sales and strategic planning processes and tools to define the framework for the Hydraulic volume sales planning, monitor, analyse and report development measures.
• Achieve sales and margin targets with energy and positive attitude.
• Enhancing the internal communication by managing new tools such as Bosch Connect, Link In and CRM.

Position Requirements:                                                                   

• Strong technical background in Hydraulic Components.
• Have either a degree in Engineering.
• Experience in Engineering/ Production or Service
• Excellent Communication skills, Drive, Motivation, Customer Service and Strong Commercial Acumen.
• Knowledge/ Experience of Rexroth Products.
• You are expected to liaise regularly with other members of the local state sales team and colleagues from a range of interstate departments, such as engineering, purchasing, production and quality, as well as senior company managers.
• You must be computer literate and have high attention to detail.
• Business to business sales experience.
• The applicant must have a current driver license.
