About the role

  • Establish, maintain and grow Statseeker portfolio of clients and revenue in assigned geographic territory (Asia PAC)
  • Building effective territory plan to identify top prospects, engage partners/resellers, and sell into new and existing accounts.
  • Achieve sales and retention targets within assigned territory
  • Providing timely and accurate business forecasts to executive management
  • Working closely with other cross-functional management teams in marketing, product, and finance operations

Skills and experience

  • Ability to understand sales numbers and manage sales metrics
  • Ability to make daily adjustments to maintain deal velocity and momentum
  • Ability to understand and communicate business concepts
  • Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years proven track record of exceeding quota in software sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Demonstrated business development experience building client/revenue base in APAC (both organic growth and new business)
  • Ability to travel and lead/build strong in country relationships
  • Knowledge and experience of networking technologies and our overall business environment
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, especially in a one-to-many presentation setting both live (in person) and over the phone/internet
  • Previous experience with IT Management software products highly desired
  • Excellent English communication (oral and written) with strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and adaptive thinking characteristics. Ability to weigh many situational factors and be able to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a variety of customer situations and work independently
