The role

As the Regional Manager of SA, you will be responsible for the ongoing Account Management of existing customers as well as the introduction to Education prospects, of CyberHound’s and Superloop’s products and services.  In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a highly developed team who will support and encourage you to develop and succeed.

What you'll be doing

  • Introduce CyberHound’s and Superloop’s products and services to K12 schools in the territory

  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service are delivered to all customers

  • Meet New Business & Renewal sales targets

  • Maintain a strong relationship with CyberHound clients and be seen as a trusted advisor to Principal /Deputy Principal/Pastoral Care/Head of eLearning/IT Manager and Business Manager personas

  • Ensure customers are informed about new features and offers

  • Oversee the preparation, tailoring and accuracy of quotes/proposals

  • CRM and diary management and planning

  • Partner Management – assisting in partner recruitment, training, development, management and contractual and invoicing matters

  • Maintenance of Pipeline and accurate forecasting - updated weekly

  • Attend to weekly customer meetings (Avg. 10 per week)

  • Attend all sales meetings and training sessions

  • Maintain a quarterly and annual sales plan

  • Follow agreed sales processes and qualification

  • Involve management and other colleagues as required to deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B Sales

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT industry

  • Knowledge of Telecommunications industry and marketplace

  • Knowledge of UTM / Firewall and Web Gateway products and market

  • Experience using a CRM - preferably Salesforce

  • Experience working within the Education sector would be advantageous

  • Will need to fulfil Working with Children Check (South Australia)

  • Demonstrable success in achieving targets and maintaining strong customer satisfaction
