Business Development Manager
- Target Clients are Trades & Construction Business Owners
- We Provide Coaching/Mentoring & Business Services for Clients
- Melbourne Based, 100K + OTE
You will build quality relationships with SME business owners as well as nurture existing clients within the trades based sector. This position will require the personal drive to work autonomously and make things happen in the Victorian region.
Your critical responsibilities are centred on high quality client attraction and retention. A competitive remuneration will be founded on a base salary, bonuses, superannuation, phone and car allowance.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong networking and rapport building abilities
- Ability to exeed K.P.I's
- Ability to connect with owners of small to medium enterprises
- Positive, motivated and organised
- Works effectively in a team and autonomously
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Business Development capacity
Highly Valuable yet Not Essential:
- Experience and connections with trades based industries & suppliers
