POSITION TITLE:  Sales Executive

SALARY PACKAGE: Competitive base + Incentives (OTE $120,000 uncapped)

LOCATION: Alexandria

We have been in operation for over 25 years and providing live indoor plant service to corporate clients all over Sydney that increases their staff morale and productivity whilst providing health benefits.

POSITION OVERVIEW: Owing to increased growth we require an outstanding results driven Sales Executive, to convert inbound enquiries to sales and to actively seek out and engage prospective clients. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer conversion levels and profitability.

The role will suit a person who has experience in selling corporate services to both large and small businesses.

We are looking for a Sales Person not an Order Taker

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Convert inbound enquiries to sales
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Develop relevant industry contacts to generate leads
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback 
  • Taking ownership of the CRM
  • Develop outbound leads

Experience:

  • 3 years business to business sales. The selling of corporate services will be highly regarded buy not essential

Skills:

  • Ability to lead a sales presentation
  • Excellent persuasive verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy
  • Problem solving
  • Professional manner
  • CRM Experience
  • Initiative
