We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced  Account Manager to join our WA Sales team based in Perth. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and supported by an internal sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for the development of existing accounts as well as the creation of new business opportunities. 

As a key supplier in the radio communications (RF) industry this role will involve working with key accounts with the selection and specification of key components used in a variety of both large and small projects, developing existing accounts and gaining new accounts. 

You will be an energetic and self-motivated individual with proven sales experience ideally within the RF technology and communications. Importantly, you'll have a strong desire to succeed and a sound understanding of account management practices, and with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. 

You will have the capacity to work unsupervised whilst taking a highly proactive yet balanced approach to both business development and customer support. Experienced in applying account management and planning practices, and be comfortable operating at multiple levels in a diverse range of markets. Demonstrated B2B experience in wireless technologies is desirable.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working closely with new and existing customers to determine present and future needs to maintain and grow revenue. 
  • Handle all elements of account management
  • Liaising with Product management and Engineering to deliver the best client solution outcomes.
  • Communication with new and existing customers and keep abreast of competitor's Sales strategies.
  • Development and communication of sales and opportunity pipelines

You will have excellent relationship building, communication and customer service skills and  enjoy working in a challenging environment.   Ideally you will also have experience managing and developing people.

The successful candidate will receive full industry training.
