We require an experienced internal sales consultant to join our Sydney based sales team at our Wetherill Park office.
About the Position
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and supported by sales and coordination staff in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Asia the role is a front line outbound internal sales position operating within a clearly defined technology driven sales management system.
Key aspects of the role include responding to customer requests for quotations and information for international and domestic removals services. This includes both written and verbal communication across a multitude of platforms including phone, SMS, email, Slack and browser based chat systems.
Required Skills and Experience
This position suits an extremely well organised, determined and success driven individual, with the ability to work independently or within a team as required.
The successful candidate must be skilled in customer relationship building, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine desire to engage and empathise with people.
Other key attributes include effective time management, well developed keyboard skills and an aptitude for multi tasking.
Previous customer service or sales experience in a tangible services related industry is essential. Removals industry experience will be regarded positively.
