About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, this position will focus on generating new business. You will have the freedom to target any industries and job families and your territory is unlimited. You will have access to an extensive list of lapsed clients, but your core focus will be identifying new business. You will work closely with a dedicated team of consultants who will happily fill the positions you secure.
You will gain success through:
Doing the hard yards - sales calls, sales visits and proposals
Understanding MTC in its entirety and leveraging off it
Building a strong relationship with your team
About you
To be effective in this role you will have:
- Previous experience working in the recruitment industry or a sales background
Previous proven success generating new business
A can-do attitude
High attention to detail
